To those who are upset with the comments in Lynne Truss' new book about gluten 
intolerance: I'm not sure that publishers bother to read letters. But many, 
many people read book reviews on Amazon and other online book sites; why not 
express your feelings there, where you can do a little public education at the 
same time? Also, if you give positive scores to other reviewer's remarks about 
celiac/gluten intolerance, it may help keep them near the top of the list, 
where they would be the first ones seen.
