Happy Memorial Day

A post came out today recommending new comers join CSA/USA.  Because
CSA disseminates so much misinformation that is confusing to any of
us, I recommend joining the Gluten Intolerance Group and/or Celiac
Disease Foundation.  The latter two provide information that is
accurate and much more up to date than CSA's.  Respectively, the
websites are:   www.gluten.net and www.celiac.org

When I was first diagnosed, I joined all three of these groups.  I
found the data from GIG and CDF invaluable but was totally confused
and frustrated by what I received from CSA.

My opinion, but one shared by many...
