  I would very much like to purchase pure (codex) wheat starch. I'm not
looking for a bread mix, I just need the starch. I have chosen to make
my own low gluten hosts for communion and all I need is to purchase the
codex wheat starch. Please if anyone has any idea where I can find it,
please, please let me know. I can not use the bread mix. :(
