I'd like to thank everyone that replied to my question about
GF Bread Mix. I got lots of ideas and tips on fixing bread in
the bread machine and oven and also for some already made
bread. The biggest thing I learned is that it is probably me
that is the biggest problem. I have to pay attention more to
details and follow the directions exactly. I never knew things
were so critical when baking bread. I was only diagnosed
a couple of weeks ago and it looks like I have lots to learn.
Sunday afternoon will be loaf #2. Wish me luck. haha I'm
sticking with the "Bob's Red Mill gluten free homemade
wonderful bread mix" at least for a couple of more attempts
since I've already got the mix. It's the only kind I've found
locally. I live in a rural area and there's not a whole lot
of selection around here.

Again, a big thank you to everyone. You're all a big help.

Joe
