In response to my Burger King email, I've heard from a couple of people who
said dextrin is made from wheat. One of the people was writing from
Australia. I don't know if that's the issue.

Anyone out there care to jump in and provide evidence either way? I'd hate to
think I told people to eat the fries and find out that dextrin has gluten. I
didn't think it was an issue, at least not in the US.

I'll post a summary, but please try to site authoritative sources, not just
personal possible--but possibly not--recollections. Lin
