HI friends -
    Does anyone have information regarding instant coffee? I believe I read somewhere that it is not acceptable for those of us with CD, but as I read one label today, all it said was 'freeze dried coffee' (Taster's Choice), or something to that effect.
    Is instant coffee o.k., and if not, why not?
