Hello again.  This is embarrassing but here goes ...

I am approx 8-9 weeks pregnant and am very constipated (it has been 5
days!).  I just spoke with my OB and she recommended that I take
Citrucel or Metamucil.  Does anyone know if these are gluten free?  The
iron supplement she gave me has colace (docusate sodium) in it, but
obviously that wasn't enough!!  I have tried drinking a ton of water and
fruit juice, eating lots of fruit/veggies, and those haven't worked
either.  And I need relief - I'm miserable!
