I will be vacationing in Asheville, North Carolina and touring the Biltmore House and then onto Charleston, South Carolina for the rest of the week.  Does anyone know of gluten-free friendly restaurants in these areas?  I know about the national chain restaurants, dining cards, and good health publishing book.  Does anyone know of anything gluten free on the grounds of the Biltmore or in Asheville?  What about any specific local restaurants in Charleston?
