Here are some of the responses that I received about Gluten Free  
products in France.

"Naturalia" is a health food chain that sells gluten free products.

La Vie Claire health food store sells gf products.  It is located near  
the Louvre.

Willi's Wine Bar has an British owner and knows how to cook gf.

Monoprix supermarkets sell gf products.

In Switzerland, Drogeries (high classed Walgreens)) sells gf  
products.  One is located close to the train station in Interlaken.
