My kids each recently had an antiendomysial antibody test. My son's (16)
came back negative but unfortunately my daughter's (13) was positive ( I
have no numbers yet).  She has absolutely no symptoms, is in great
health and is growing like a weed! I have not seen the doctor yet to
pursue the next step, but I wonder, does this result necessarily mean
active CD or could she be latent, given her health? I should note that I
myself only had symptoms for a short time after each of their births.
