For all those Jews out there, this is my first GF Purim.  I would like to
find a GF recipe for Hamentaschen and just thought I would start by posting
to the list.  For those that don't know, hamentaschen are triangular shaped
cookies filled w/ preserves (usually prune, apricot, poppy, sometimes
strawberry) that commemerate the story of Esther.  I will be happy to
summarize.
