Just a little comment to add to that of Beth Armour from Cream Hill Estates.
Thank you Beth for the letter. Many people don't realize the hoops that new
gluten free food suppliers have to jump through. As someone who has to
follow a gluten free diet myself, I read the words on labels more than the
symbols. Like, 'made in a dedicated gluten free facility' is high on my list
of products I buy.

People need to insist that normally gluten free foods are processed in such
a way to maintain that status. Many ingredient supplies readily available
just don't meet the cross contamination protocols.

As someone who had enjoyed oats previously, to be able to now have oats from
Cream Hill Estates and not suffer a single twinge is a big blessing.
