as a teacher of 32 years and a dean of students, I know that pupils who do not get enough protein and/or eat junk food cannot concentrate and get into fights. For breakfast, it is best for kids to get at least 10 grams of protein and adults around 15..that would be roughly 2 eggs

A delicdous hi protein lunch can be made by....spread peanut butter or even better, almond butter on bread and top with a banana or apple butter or pumpkin butter. Press together and place in a french toast batter of a beaten egg with a bit of milk and a touch of cinnamon which regulates blood sugars. Fry. It hold well and I haven't met anyone who doesn't love it.
