Hi, list!

Often I see posts about someone who has called a manufacturer and been told
that product is NOT gluten-free. It's important, when told that, to ask
what it is in the product that DOES contain gluten. Sometimes they'll
answer, "well, there's sugar in the corn syrup" or something that indicates
they do not understand what gluten is -- then you have to probe deeper to
find out for sure.

Keep up the great work -- it's a great service to us all when people share
this type of information -- as long as it's accurate and complete.

Thanks!

Danna
