I recieved many requests for the crustless quiche recipe so I posted it
for all to enjoy. Ginny suggested we also try the bagel recipe in Betty
Hagmans' new book. She says it freezes well.

Gayle suggests eating the same food each day isn't wise. People with
food sensitivities may develop reactions to food eaten all the time.
She heard its not good to eat the same food more frequently than once
every four days. She recommended I get a book from the library on food
rotation. Sounds like a plan.

Diane started with a big Texas welcome and listed a couple food web
sites and suggested the archives are a must for any new celiac.

I hope I have summarized in the proper fashion.
