Hi everybody,

I had, as usual, lots of useful information on places where to eat and
buy GF food in LA. Here is the list:

1. FAST FOODS - hamburgers :
No one is safe apart from In And Out Burger,

2. FAST FOODS - GF french fries
In and Out Burger again, and they are fresh
McDonalds and Burger King's , although they aren't fresh

3. RESTAURANTS and CAFE
Hamburger Hamlet - plain hamburger patty with any side-dish
Stuart Anderson chain - steaks not marinated and are broiled to the
order.
Authentic Cafe on Beverly, not far from Beverly and Fairfax, near CBS -
sort of Texmex with a touch of Carribean.
Daily Grill near the Beverly Center (or on San Vicente.) OK: steamed
vegetables plate, baked potatoes, porkchops but it is better to ask. NO:
turkey and beef meat loaf, mashed potatoes
Delmonico's on Pico - Great fish.
Coco's restaurant, Baja fresh Mexican natural restaurants, Baja Buds
Restaurant, and other pure Mexican restaurants.

5. HEALTH FOOD STORES
Whole Foods
Wild Oats
Whole Earth Foods, located at about the 100 block of Cresent just off
Wilshire, and about a block or so from Rodeo in Beverly Hills.
Erewhon, across the street, from Authentic Cafe

I am sure this will make my stay much more pleasant.
Thanks again
Angelica
