I loved Tropicana Real Fruit Orange and Cream Bars, and until recently, ate them without reaction. When they put some message on the box about being new, creamier, etc., I started reacting. Today, I phoned them. The carton says Integrated Brands, Inc., licensed by Tropicana. The number is 1-800-423-2763.

The person stated emphatically, without hesitation, that they are not gluten-free, and that the only gluten-free pops they make are Trix Pops. (????) I told her Trix cereal is definitely not gluten-free and she said the pops are. I'm not familiar at all with what she's talking about, nor could she tell me what in the Orange/Cream bars would make them have gluten. (The label looks fine. I'm not lactose intolerant.)

Does anyone know of an orange sherbert/sorbet and vanilla ice cream bar (ice cream pop, not soda pop) that is gluten-free and tastes like the old Creamsicles? (Just a memory from growing up on the beaches at Coney Island and Brighton Beach...Brooklyn, NY.)

Thank you. Lin
