In today's USA Today, look for stand alone supplement about Celiac Awareness. Kudos to NFCA. I saw it in San Francisco.

 I was having breakfast at a hotel buffet, if you can call bringing my own oatmeal and bread "eating at the buffet", and was pleasantly surprised to see the supplement in mainstream media.

FYI...there was someone on the Listserv a few months ago looking for microwave Mac and cheese for her college kid. There is an ad in the supplement for a product...I think it's from Pastariso...I don't have it handy. But that is what she was looking for.
