Dear friends,

I"m working on a financial aid form for school, and under "unusual
expenses" I'd like to add the cost of my wife and I living gluten-free.
Internet search engines have yielded no answers.  Does anyone know where
to get a decent estimate of the annual cost of cooking whole foods and
buying gluten-free products?
