Hello everyone!  I hope this summer has been treating everyone well.  It has been very hot this year!  Listed below is the information for this meeting:

Date:  July 28th
Time:  6:30 - 8:30pm
Location:  Central Market, 190 & Coit, Plano, Texas
         This meeting location will be able to hold all of
         us comfortably.  We will have more toys for the kids!!
Activity for children:  Cakewalk (gf of course)
            *for the casein free we will have alternative
Raffles:  There will be 3 raffles.  One for parents, teens
          and small children.
Topic Discussion:
     School lunch & snack ideas
     Example letter to provide to school explaining GF diet
     New R.O.C.K. website
     Open Discussion as warranted by group
     Discuss possibility of a peer group for the middle age
        children struggling with a GF/CF sibling.
     Discuss swim party/pizza party for August meeting
Samples Available:
     Marlene's Mixes
     Dietary Specialties

Please feel free to bring a dish, treat or recipe to share with the group.  If you do bring a dish that is already prepared, please make sure to bring the full ingredient list for those whom are on dietary restrictions other than GF.
