Hello:

I like to use Mori-Nu Silken-style tofu, and I know that it used to be ok,
but I read the package I just bought, and it now has something in it called
"gluconolactone". There is a note that says it is "a non-dairy coagulant
derived from food starch".

That sounds like bad news to me. Does anyone know if this ingredient is made
from/with wheat or corn? I'll try to find out if no one else knows.
