OK I guess I wasn't exactly clear in my first post. Our DREAM is a restuarant but we were thinking of opening a bakery/ celiac grocery store. what did people think about that? a resaurant is too risky of a startup for me. I thought a bakery or cafe could maybe develop into a restaurant in time?
