I don't normally purchase ready made gf cookies because of the expense,
but we are planning a trip and I need something for the kids to munch on
in the car.

I would like something that is not very sweet, as we try to avoid sugar
as much as possible. I never use sugar in baking (I use honey, fruit and
occasionally fructose), so my kids are used to things that aren't really
sweet.

Ener-G foods has a number of cookies that they sell in bulk. I have a
couple of questions for those who have ordered them:

First, are they all broken up, or intact?

Also, I would like to know about these specific cookies:

Biscotti
Crunchy Peanut Butter
French Almond

How are they? Overly sweet? I'd like something about the sweetness of a
graham cracker.

Thanks,

Sherri Miller

One nice thing about egotists: They don't talk about other people.
