Hello everyone. We are awaiting 2 feet of snow here in NJ. We are planning
on a beef and cheese fondue. Our daughter is our Celiac and I am wondering
what other Celiacs use if they make their own cheese fondue. What types
of cheeses work best. What liquids to you use to mix in? The beef is easy
because I make all homemade dipping sauces. So I know they are GF. I am
assuming the packaged cheese fondue kits are not GF. Due to the wine or
Kirch. Please let me know if you have any cheese fondue recipies that you
enjoy that come out good.

Thanks
Betsy
