Thank you for your responses about Lundberg hot cereal. The conclusion is
the hot rice sweet almond is considered to be Gluten free. I visited their
Web site and they only have 4 products that they do not consider to be Gluten
free. The 4 items Not Gluten free are organic multigrain rice cakes, savory
mushroom Quick brown pilaf, Italian herb risotto, and Garlic primavera
risotto.

Their rice syrup has been changed so that it is Gluten free now. Nice to hear
when a company has done that.

Summary of the responses:

- not sure about this product assumed it was, but my son has been
eating it for about two months - and has had no reactions.
Please if you find that it is not gf will you let us know

at http://www.lundberg.com/products/qceliac.html Lundberg's
claims that only 4 of its products are not GF. The rice cereal
is not on that list. I trust Lundberg's as they have researched
the issue pretty thoroughly. Check out the website, I think
you'll be reassured.

I use it and confirmed it on the Lundberg web site as GF. Of all their many
items only a couple aren't GF. They have a whole info page on celiac.www.
