According to a brochure we received from Hunt-Wesson, LA CHOY Soy Sauce is
their brand, and it contains HVP which may contain trace amounts of gluten,
as well as carmel color which is made from corn.  CHUN KING is located in
Cambridge, MD.  The address you gave for Hunt-Wesson is correct.
