Dave & all - I wanted to clarify about the candida die off:  Yes, I did
a ;ot of research into the candida thing and what I found was that the
consensus of more respected clinicians, is that candida growth is a by-
product of an underlying disease or food allergy or intolerance such as
celiac, they also say that yeast should not effect the gut the way that
some of these other Dr.s are saying.  The tongue & vagina are the most
vulnerable.  They are doing more research into "sytematic yeast."  I do
believe after suffering for soo many years with this that I developed
the candida fungus and that my gut was permeated.  I say this after
paying close attention to the purging reaction and symptoms I went (am
still going) through and it really makes sense - my whole body is
ridding itself of toxins and water.  I have lost probably 5 - 10 pounds.
If anyone wants to see the article I will try to find it again.
