I know this is short notice but we really need your help!! We will be flying up to Canada tomorrow and my son has come down with a headcold!!! His doctor recommended Flonase and Dimetapp. Are these gluten-free? If not, what other nasel spay and decongestant do you recommend? He is 4 yeras old if that helps with any of the choices out there.
