For those of you who are new to the list or for those who may have
forgotten, there is a gluten free food list on the internet at
http://www.geocities.com/HotSprings/Spa/4003/gf-ongoing.html.  I believe
that the information is maintained by a celiac list member, Abigail
Neuman.  The list was updated on 1/16/01.  Check it out when you want to
know if a certain product is GF.  I believe that Abigail gets the
information from celiac list members who have contacted manufacturers
about the GF status of their products, but you would have to verify with
that with her.  Hope you find the website helpful--it's been invaluable for
me!
