Hi all,

Had been feeling remarkable for over a month without any fatigue and
high activity level. Went to a wonderful GF restaurant in NY last
Monday and had pasta carbonara. Felt fine Tuesday and then began a
downward spiral the latter portion of the week. Extreme fatigue
requiring a daily nap for several hours and 'brain fog'. Could it
have been the GF pasta event that triggered this downturn? I am
scrupulous about my diet and GF 5 yrs. Only other possibility is high
Ragweed count in New England. Question - what is the reaction time
for those of you out there when you've really had a 'food failure'?
With all of that pasta I wonder if it was a general shock to my system?

Laurencia
