One person recently obtained a list of GF products from Health Valley dated
2/99.  Both Rice Crunch Ems and Blue Corn Flakes were on the list.
Another person thinks that they recently called the company and they said
that the Rice Crunch Ems were GF.

One person said they used the Blue Corn Flakes for a long time and once had a
gluten reaction.  They found a few Oat Bran flakes in the bag.

Another person had some cramping after eating the Rice Crunch Ems but felt it
could be the development of lactose intolerance.

 It was reported that the company has said that due to cross contamination,
none of their products are considered safe for those with celiac.

One listmember "thoroughly"  recommended Nature's Path Mesa Sunrise.  It is
labeled GF.

Nobody responded to Barbara's Frosted Corn Flakes.  Should I assume that they
are GF?
