Thanks for everyone's info on bulk gluten free flour.  Most people
advised to try Asian markets.  I just bought flour today at an Asian
market in NYC and prices were very cheap-much better than at health
food stores.  A few people said that they ordered from local
distributors or health food stores and got a discount when they
ordered in bulk.  Ener-g also sells bulk from their website but it is
more expensive.  Best bet-buy as much flour as you need from a local
Asian market.
