Hi List,

Good News!! I wrote Zatarains to get the gluten free status of their
products. I might add, they responded quickly.

I have no interest in the company, nor am I promoting their products.
I am simply passing information I have recieved.

Happy Eating!

Here is their response:

Zatarain’s does not have a list of gluten-free products; however, please
note the ingredients declaration on our products. Any product containing
wheat flour is noted. To my knowledge oats, rye, and barley is not used.
Some gluten-free items are:

Jambalaya
Brown Rice Jambalaya
Dirty Rice
Brown Rice Dirty Rice
Yellow Rice
Long Grain & wild Rice
