Summer is moving into Texas quickly!! Keep cool in front of your
computer and enter our next drawing for two free mixes of your choice.
The May drawing was very successful and the winners will be announced
July 1st. We now have a yellow cake mix added to our list of products.
This mix produces a nice texture that is great frosted or served as a
shortcake. It will make one 8" or 9" layer. E-mail for more information
if desired as it is so new it is not listed on the web page yet.

Our Rice Muffins are selling like "hotcakes" (and the hotcakes are a
great item too.) Remember, the Rice Muffins can be made in the Muffin
Topper Pan to make small buns for sandwiches.
