This is on a very-short notice, but I would like to make for my wife
(who is a celiac) matzo-ball soup for Passover.  However, I cannot
find any recipes, and could not find any in the recipes I received
via email from the mail server.  I seem to remember several messages
in the past about this, but did not save any!
 
Any good recipes out there?
