I have read with interest the posts about L-glutamine & probiotics. The bottle of L-glutamine that I looked at today said to take 1 hour before meals or on a empty stomach and the probiotics says to take prior to a meal. My questions is, is it better to take L-glutamine and probiotics on an empty stomach or with a meal?
I have been gluten free for 5 years, but I am not able to eat lettuce or raw vegetables. Will taking L-glutamine and probiotics help to heal my gut enough to be able to eat these things again?

Thanks,
Rita
