Hi, I'm relatively new at this wheat-free world. Just after last
Christmas, I broke out in mega hives - one day I was fine the next I was a
creature from the dark lagoon. *long story shortened* After 2 months, I
finally was diagnosed as having a wheat allergy only. After even one day
of wheat-free my appearance was back 'normal'. A GOOD friend introduced me
to this list - for which I sincerely thank him - though, wow, what alot of
traffic - those recipes are super! Thank you all.

Anyho, I WAS a cereal-in-the-morning person.
Does anyone know of a list of non-wheat cereals? *okay, I see the smirks*
As I said, so far I'm lucky, I don't seem to react to rice, barley, corn,
rye.

I have baking done using 'spelt'. (Though, I don't push it and keep to rice
or corn based.)

Corn flakes say they have Malt Flavouring, Rice Krispies say they have Malt
Syrup. Isn't Malt on the banned list for wheat-free users?

I used to be a Shreddies every morning person. Ugh!
What do people on this list have for breakfast?
