Went to Mountain Top Cafe & Bakery, I highly recommend it. It is in North Van. It is exclusively GF and they sell lots of goodies which are freshly made. Pies for instance are freshly made and about $4 cheaper than the frozen ones I picked up at Good Nature which is also in N. Van. They have a variety of freshly made individual size pizzas which are also cheaper than the frozen one I buy from Choices.
They have cheese bread, which I haven't had for 1 1/2 years and panneni and tons of other treats. We ordered a vanilla cake with pudding in the middle, it tastier and seemed fresher than the one we've order from Choices. I've sliced it and put it in the freezer.

Mountain Top seems cheaper than some of the other places I shop at including Choices, Panne Rizo and Good Nature. We're going back this week for a gluten free breakfast, their lunch menu is not bad either.
