I'm getting lots of replies...All say get a travel letter (and agree that the receptionist is wrong.).

A lot of you said to get the local pharmacy to put stuff in small bottles.....Can't do. The issue of not taking big medicine bottles isn't so easy for me. I don't use a local pharmacy, except for short-term things like an antibiotic. My drug plan requires that I do mail order with Medco. And their bottles are ridiculously large. There is no way of shrinking the nebulizer and the asthma medication. I also take a lot of calcium, vit. D., and other vitamins. So I'm hoping I can just put them all in one bottle, like I do in the states. But I'll be pretty ticked off (and sick) if they confiscate my Calcium pills, D, E, Chromium, etc.

I'll summarize. I appreciate all the replies.
