Have any of you experiemented with rice paper substituting it for phyllo
dough - the end products seem so similar they almost seem interchangeable.  I've
wrapped halibut in softened rice paper - put herbs on top and sauteed it in
butter to crisp it up and finished it in the oven.  It made a nice presentation
but I was wondering about Rugelah or some crispy desserts.
