Hello,

I contacted Outback to ask about the gluten free status of the au jus that is served with the prime minister's prime rib and received a reply from Karl Sheblein stating that the au jus is NOT gluten free.  This is not indicated on the current gluten free menu and the au jus is automatically served with the prime rib.  I was told that they are in the process of updating their menu and this will be noted on the new menus.  

Also, the garlic mashed potatoes are gluten free :)
