G'day all!

I'm looking for recipes from El Salvador and Paraguay, specifically for pupusas, chipa (the tasty corn bread rolls) and quesadilla (the cake, not the tortilla melt).  I've discovered these and a bunch of others are all made from corn and were pretty tasty too.  I'd appreciate either recipes or a recipe source.
