Been hearing from lots of folks all over the country, confirming that Joe's has a gf menu. Got this menu from Janet Rinehart, who got it from her local Joe's. I'm still waiting for corporate Joe's to respond with something they send out to all their stores. Thanks much. Lin

Gluten-Free Suggestions  3/10/09



     Joe's Crab Shack has a great variety of items on our menu to enjoy while following your nutritional guidelines. The following menu items are delicious, popular and are not prepared with ingredients that contain gluten:

Steam Pots

JOE'S CLASSIC STEAMPOTS 

Steampot for 1: Served with Snow Crab, Dungeness Crab, 6 Peel n'Eat Shrimp, a (beef and pork) smoked sausage link, butter, corn and red parsley potatoes. Or, double the fun with a Steampot for 2: Served with Snow Crab, Dungeness Crab, 12 Peel n'Eat Shrimp, a (beef and pork) smoked sausage link, butter, corn and red parsley potatoes.

BEAN TOWN BAKE   Served with TWO whole lobsters, 1 pound of clams, 6 Peel n' Eat Shrimp, a

       (beef and pork) smoked sausage link, butter, corn and red parsley potatoes.

THE LONG ISLANDER   Served with 1 pound of mussels, 1 pound of clams, 12 Peel n' Eat Shrimp, a 

     (beef and pork) smoked sausage link, butter, corn and red parsley potatoes.

THE ORLEANS   Served with 1 pound of crawfish, 12 Peel n' Eat Shrimp, a SPICY (beef and pork) 

      andouille sausage link butter, corn and red parsley potatoes, all cooked in a delicious SPICY boil.

THE CHESAPEAKE   Served with 1 pound of Rock Crab, 1 pound of clams, 6 Peel n' Eat Shrimp, a 

(beef and pork) smoked sausage link, butter, corn and red parsley potatoes, flavored all the way with Old BayŽ Seasoning.

Buckets of Fun

CRAB BUCKETS   Any of our crab dinners (Snow Crab Bucket, Dungeness Crab Bucket, King Crab 

      Bucket, or Crab Daddy Feast) prepared plain Steamed or Garlic Herb style, served with butter, corn 

      and red parsley potatoes.

BUCKETS OF SHRIMP   12 or 18 Peel n'Eat Shrimp boiled in a spicy boil, and tossed in Old BayŽ 

      Seasoning. Served COLD: with cocktail sauce. Served HOT: with lemons, onion and cocktail sauce. 

The cocktail sauce contains distilled vinegar, which may or may not be included in your dietary restrictions.

Grillin'

BLACKENED MAHI MAHI OR TILAPIA   Served with rice (be sure to ask for WHITE rice) and 

      steamed broccoli.

SUNSET SALMON   A half pound salmon filet, topped with pineapple Pico de Gallo, served with rice 

(be sure to ask for WHITE rice) and steamed broccoli. It is gluten-free if the glaze is NOT basted on the salmon.

STEAK AND GRILLED SHRIMP   Served with rice (be sure to ask for WHITE rice) or red parsley 

      potatoes and steamed broccoli.

COBB SALAD   Your choice of chicken or shrimp, WITHOUT dressing.

KEY WEST CHICKEN   A grilled chicken breast topped with lump crab meat and 2 grilled shrimp, 

      served with rice (be sure to ask for WHITE rice) and steamed broccoli. It is gluten-free if the mango 

      jalapeno sauce is NOT served with the product.
