I just wanted to let everyone know that the waiter and manager at the Rainforest Cafe in Burlington, MA were very helpful letting us know what the ingredients were on their menu items. We celebrated my youngest daughter's birthday there. My oldest daughter has celiac. She had nachos (we omitted some of the ingredients) and ice cream with bananas (instead of Bananas Foster).

I was a little concerned about what she was going to eat. They had a lot of breaded items and pasta. If you use your imagination and ask the staff to change a few ingredients you can have a nice GF meal. We mostly went there for the atmosphere, not the food though. It's a really fun theme restaurant for kids.
