I have had several requests to summarize the responses to restaurants in the D. C. area that understand GF.  Not only do many understand, they provide their GF menu on line.  Go to www.AustinGrill.com; www.legalseafood.com; www.outback.com;
www.donpablos.com; www.bonefishgrill.com; www.pfchangs.com; www.carrabbas.com. In addition, you may go to www.dccelics.com to get the Washington area support group 2004 survey results. Scroll down on the left to 'restaurants'. Several recommended www.goodhealthpublishing.com for more information. There is a charge for this service. Thank you all for your suggestions. As I wrote several days ago, I could stay a month with your great suggestions. Marian
