I received a number or responses....thanks so much to all who took the time to email me! :)  The restaurants that have gf menus are listed as follows:  Uno's Chicago Grill, Culvers, Cheese Factory, Moosejaw, and the Loose Moose(restaurant that is at our hotel)has a nice gf menu.  Overall it seems that most people have had good dining experiences so I am very hopeful that all will go well.  I was also told that at the Kalhari, which is across from The Great Wolfe Lodge, has a restaurant-Great Karoo- that also has a gf menu.  I also googled as a list member suggested and found  a few more options:  Monks bar and grill, House of Embers, Sprechers Restaurant and Pub and Pierce's Marketplace has gf groceries.  I did email the Great wolf lodge and they emailed me a copy of their gf menu.  Thanks again!
