    I can't remember where I originally got the restaurant card I use. It is
wallet size and has a" no wheat symbol"  with this text :

   Medical Alert  I Have Celiac Sprue  No Gluten or Flour..No wheat, rye,
oats, barley, gravy,dressings, past, bread, alcohol

    I would like to pass this info on to a newly diagnosed list member. Can
anyone tell me if this originally came from CSA ,or where I got it? I know
there are many out there, but this is the specific one I'd like to locate.
