I have found by happenstance a bread mix from Brazil that I think may be
safe for Celiacs. The American distributor has listed the ingredients in
English but when I called them to verify the source of some questionable
ingredients they were very rude. This company has a website but I do not
speak Portuguese. Can someone help me? Thanks.
