Hello all,

This is the one year anniversary of my sister Amy's death
from non hodgekins lymphoma which was cause by her celiac disease
because she didn't stay on a totally gf diet. Not because she didn't
want to stay on it but because the doctors were uninformed when she
was first diagnosed. She suffered with her cancer for over 2 years
before she died. And it all could have been avoided if she had only
be informed to stay TOTALLY GF. Celiac is a very serious disease and
should be taken very seriously.

I wanted to write because I think it is important for
people to see that this isn't a disease that can just give you gas or
make you uncomfortable or make you sick. This is a disease that can
kill you. So stay well and healthy and totally GF.

I miss my sister more than words can express and I don't
want any more families to go through what we did. My prayers are with
you all.

                  Sincerely

                  Beth A. Streeter
