My wife and I just returned from Salem, OR where we stayed at the MARQUEE

then accommodating when I told her that I have CD and can only eat GF foods
and no milk products.  The breakfasts she made for me were truly delicious.
She was very careful to check with me as to what she was making, and eager to
learn where *hidden gluten lurks*.  I would recommend this B & B as a place
to stay.  Tell her in advance of any special dietary needs.  Salem is located
about one hour south of Portland and one hour north of Eugene OR on
interstate #5.
